  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing your booking, managing your stay, handling payments, and communicating with you about your reservation.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): transmitting guest identity data to the Questura (Italian police) within 24 hours of arrival as required by art. 109 TULPS; fulfilling tax and accounting obligations under Italian law; tourist tax reporting to the Municipality of Palermo.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): improving our services, preventing fraud, and ensuring the security of the Property.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): sending promotional communications, newsletters, or marketing materials. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

4. Data Sharing

We may share your personal data with:

  • Public authorities: the Questura and the Municipality of Palermo, as required by law.
